WE ARE PET FRIENDLY

 For dogs we require a copy of an up to date rabies certification. (Tags are not an acceptable proof of rabies)

Camping Policies and Procedures:

Camping Rules:

1.Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., requiring minimal noise and low lights.

2.  Site Maintenance: Keep sites orderly, do not cut through other campsites, and leave the area clean.

3. Pets: Must be on a leash, attended, and cleaned up after at all times.

4. Campfires: Only permitted in designated fire rings. Never leave fires unattended and ensure they are completely out before leaving.

5.Trash & Food: Dispose of all trash in provided receptacles. Store food securely to avoid attracting wildlife.

6. Vehicles & Parking: Stick to speed limits ( 5mph) and follow site limitations, 2 per site. 

7. All dogs must be kept on a leash except for when you are in the dog park area.

8. We require all dog owners to have a copy of a rabies certification on hand.

Close to many popular attractions, like Henry Ford Museum (and IMAX Theater), Greenfield Village, Yankee Air Museum, Detroit Metro Airport (DTW), Detroit Zoo, Downtown Detroit, Downtown Ann Arbor, 12 Oaks Mall, Briarwood Mall, Cracker Barrel and Menard's. . 

*Please note that in 2018 tent camping was discontinued. 
 Also, ONE motor home, fifth wheel, or travel trailer per site only. No more than two motorized vehicles per site.

  • How do I make a reservation?

    In order to make a reservation please call us at (734) 697 7002 during business hours!


    Note we charge a one-night non-refundable deposit!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    At the time of making a reservation we charge a one night non-refundable deposit for short stays and a one week non-refundable deposit for long term stays (over 28 days).


    We ask for 24 hour notice for cancellations so that we can refund back anything you paid beyond the one night non-refundable deposit.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept cash and card, NO CHECKS!


    Card types accepted are discover, mastercard, and visa. 


    Note that all card transactions will incur a processing fee. Transactions under $70.00- $2.00 fee

    Transactions over $70.00- 3% fee

  • How do I camp long term?

    We have a limited number of long term camping sites. These are full hookup back in sites. You can call to inquire or be added to a wait list if necessary. 


    When staying long term you must pay in at least one week increments. However, as a reward to our loyal customers, if you pay for 28 days up front on a consecutive site you get 4 days for free.


  • Is there a 12 year policy?

    The Wayne County Fair Association implemented a 12 year policy starting for the 2024 camping season. This policy is to ensure that all rigs in our park are in functional condition which includes but is not limited to: having no excess rust or damaged body, no defective slides, no makeshift awnings, and no tarps of any kind covering the rig.
